As part of your contract, we will agree whether you would like us to source and arrange the ongoing management of items such as gardening, window cleaning, oven deep cleaning, spring cleaning, gas safety checks and PAT testing. We believe that being proactive prevents those little mishaps occurring.
Part of our management is ensuring your peace of mind and checking your property at times when you can’t. We can regularly check to ensure your property is secure, to keep an eye on oil and LPG levels, guttering, septic tank servicing, external algae, gardens and other important elements to ensure no unpleasant surprises.

Where we’re not able to fulfil a role, we have a whole host of local tradespeople that we’ve been working with for many years. We can source these directly to carry out those jobs on your behalf. From electricians to plumbers, gardeners and window cleaners, we’re sure to know someone!
In caring for your property, we care for your guests too. We can be on hand for your holidaymakers should any faults occur while they are on holiday. This is seven days a week and provides peace of mind that everything will be dealt with promptly and you don’t get that call late at night. We can also provide a maintenance book for your guests to report non-urgent issues which can be resolved at a later date.
