Property Services Coordinator, Wadebridge
Playing a key function in the ‘control room’ of our rapidly growing business providing a range of property management and cleaning services, the role ensures the provision of a high quality customer experience and efficient deployment of field operations. Developing valuable and longstanding relationships with our clients the jobholder will engage in a broad range of initiatives that will involve sales, customer support, complaint resolution, administration, and various initiatives to improve service quality and business development. To provide excellent level of on demand and scheduled maintenance work to portfolio of holiday homes across the county. Working proactively to provide consistent and thoughtful level of care and service to homeowners and guests.
• The position of Maintenance Person will involve working covering ‘on demand’ and planned minor maintenance issues for our portfolio of holiday let properties and second homes.
• Part of the role will also involve carrying out scheduled PAT testing for which full training will be provided.
• The position will involve considerable travel across Cornwall with jobs planned by the Maintenance Co-ordinator. The role reports to the Operations Manager for Cornwall.
